Return Policy

You may return eligible items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged

  • In original packaging, with tags attached

We recommend tracked and insured return shipping. Lamide Sadipe  is not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

If your return is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If your item was refused at delivery or returned due to unpaid customs, all related fees (return shipping, duties, restocking) will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

Refused Deliveries & Abandoned Parcels

Refused deliveries will incur a £40 return fee (DHL) and your original shipping fee is non-refundable. If DHL is unable to return the package and considers it abandoned, no refund or store credit will be issued.

Faulty Items

Faulty item claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Email hello@lamidesadipe.com with your order number and clear photos.
